You will work closely with the Executive Director to support the dining team, design menus for multiple service styles, and cater special events while upholding superior dining standards for residents and families.

The ideal candidate demonstrates a serious commitment to staff development, flavorful presentation, and accountability to residents.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management experience in a dining operation.
• Proven culinary excellence with menu planning and execution.
• Experience catering events and managing a team of cooks and servers.
