Grand Living is seeking an Executive Chef in West Palm Beach, FL to elevate the Resident experience through oversight and training of kitchen staff. This role directs menus across Bistro, Casual, Formal, and memory care venues, and guides special events with the measured execution expected at a luxury senior living community.

The Executive Chef reports to the Executive Director and upholds Grand Living standards while delivering exceptional cuisine and service to Residents and guests.

Qualifikationen

• The Executive Chef must have a college or culinary school degree and extensive food and beverage experience.
• Two or more years of managing culinary/dining services are required.
• ServeSafe certification and Executive Chef certification are preferred.
• Strong English reading/writing for directing staff and communicating with Residents and guests.

Aufgaben

• Oversee culinary activities across dining venues: Bistro, Casual, Formal, and memory care services.
• Provide culinary training and supervise kitchen employees to ensure high quality service.
• Direct menu offerings and coordinate special events and private functions.
• Maintain standards in line with Community guidelines and Grand Living policies.
