Job summary

Grand Living is seeking a Dining Manager to elevate Resident dining experiences by managing Front of House operations and training staff across all dining venues, including Bistro, Casual, Formal, Luminations Memory Care, Room Service, and Club Room.

Under the guidance of the Executive Chef, you will uphold global service standards, coordinate events, and lead a team dedicated to exceptional hospitality in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Food & Beverage in upscale settings.
• Ability to train front-of-house staff.
• Strong English communication and leadership.
• Experience in senior living environments is valued.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the overall Resident dining experience through exceptional management and training of Front of House staff.
• Coordinate culinary/dining activities for all dining venues including special events and private functions.
• Uphold service standards and ensure timely, courteous, and professional service.
