Wellquest Living Llc is seeking an Executive Chef to plan, organize, and direct the Culinary Department across residential facilities. The role oversees food preparation, menu execution, sanitation, inventory, and resident dining satisfaction, while coordinating with leadership and healthcare professionals to meet dietary needs.

The Executive Chef will lead menu planning, ensure nutritional balance, and maintain a safe kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Culinary leadership experience in healthcare, assisted living, or senior living environments is preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, customer-service, and time-management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of the Culinary Department, ensuring high-quality meals.
• Plan, prepare, and present meals according to menus and dietary requirements.
• Coordinate food preparation for events and special functions; manage production schedules.
• Maintain sanitation, storage, and equipment operation; monitor food safety practices.
• Recruit, train, and develop Culinary Department staff; ensure compliance with policies.
