Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking an Executive Chef for Trilogy Verde River’s multi-outlet kitchens near Rio Verde, AZ. You will lead strategic planning and daily kitchen operations to deliver outstanding guest dining experiences.

This role requires strong leadership, menu development, budgeting, and staff development, with a focus on food safety and quality standards across all outlets.

Qualifications

• Two+ years of experience as Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.
• Experience supervising a team of managers or in a supervisory role.
• ACF certification of Certified Chef de Cuisine or higher preferred.
• Current Food Handlers card.

Responsibilities

• Communicate the core values and mission of BlueStar Resort & Golf to support company goals.
• Manage kitchen operations including forecasting inventory, budgeting, and food planning.
• Develop positive relations with guests, contractors, and suppliers.
• Build a talented kitchen team and offer an innovative menu and exceptional culinary experiences.
• Plan menus, create purchase orders, ensure food safety and quality, and control costs.
