Job summary

BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the daily operations of multi-outlet kitchens at Trilogy at Verde River Ranch in Rio Verde, AZ. You will be accountable for strategic planning, menu development, and staff leadership under the Director of Food & Beverage.

You will forecast inventory, control costs, and uphold safety and quality standards while delivering an exceptional culinary experience for members and guests. A sign-on bonus is available after 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• At least 2 years in a senior kitchen supervisory role.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP is required.
• Experience with forecasting, inventory, and budget management.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret kitchen-related data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations for multiple outlets.
• Plan menus and purchase orders; ensure food quality and safety.
• Manage food costs and labor to meet budget targets.
• Lead and develop kitchen staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Communicate with vendors, guests, and team members to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
• Prepare reports and maintain documentation for food production and waste management.
