BlueStar Resort & Golf is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen management team in Peoria, AZ. The role supports the Executive Sous Chef in daily operations, staff supervision, and safe, high-quality food preparation for a high-volume venue.

Responsibilities include planning menus, producing schedules, controlling costs, and training culinary staff. Candidates should have culinary experience and strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Two years’ minimum experience as a Sous Chef or Assistant Kitchen Manager.
• Experience supervising kitchen staff in a high-volume operation.
• Certification and food-safety knowledge required.

Responsabilités

• Assist Executive Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure safety and sanitation standards.
• Develop menus, production schedules, and cost controls.
• Prepare recipes and cost sheets for menus and banquets.
• Maintain inventory and assist in budgeting and reporting.
