• 7+ years Executive Chef experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Current Food Safety & Sanitation Certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations, ensuring flawless execution of food preparation and presentation.
• Develop seasonal, innovative menus aligned with Sunrise standards and resident preferences.
• Drive revenue through special events, holiday experiences and catering opportunities.
• Manage inventory, purchasing and vendor partnerships for quality and cost control.
• Recruit, train, schedule and coach culinary team members.
• Maintain strict food safety, sanitation and HACCP compliance.
• Monitor budgets, labor and operational expenses to meet financial targets.
• Engage with residents and families to gather feedback and personalize dining experiences.
• Ensure timely financial reporting, documentation and payroll review.
• Partner with leadership to support sales, marketing and community initiatives.
