Sunrise Senior Living in Washington, DC is seeking an Associate Executive Director to support overall community operations and develop into an Executive Director. The role involves driving care quality, occupancy, financial performance, and team leadership.

You will collaborate with the ED, lead recruiting, manage budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and an administrator license may be required. This is a full-time opportunity with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities
