Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage all sous chefs and line cooks.
• Maintain food and labor costs and budgets.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff and front-of-house coordination.
• Prepare financial reports from budgets for forecasting and goals.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on F&B strategy and purchases.
• Ensure kitchen hygiene and food safety standards are met.
• Develop daily specials and menu ideas.
• Communicate clearly with managers and staff.
• Drive recruitment and training for staff development.
