Job summary

Alexandria Restaurant Partners (ARP) seeks an experienced Back of House Leader to direct kitchen operations, develop staff, and uphold ARP quality standards across outlets in Orlando, FL. This role drives menu execution, cost controls, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

The candidate will coach Sous Chefs and BOH staff, manage purchasing and training, and collaborate with the Corporate Executive Chef to ensure exceptional dining experiences aligned with brand

Qualifications

Minimum 2 to 5 years direct kitchen management experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with follow-through.
Computer proficient with Microsoft platforms.
Experience with menu development, analysis, and costing.
Ability to communicate effectively in English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

Actively monitor food execution and coach Back of House team to ensure adherence to recipes.
Understand all aspects of menu production and ensure quality, storage and maintenance.
Assist in menu development, testing, and documentation of new recipes.
Maintain Back of House systems, staffing, schedules, and inventory controls.
Maintain safe, clean, and organized BOH operations and adhere to sanitation standards.
