Responsibilities

• Attend weekly Regional BEO meetings to plan the week
• Hire, train, and manage Kitchen Team
• Responsible for all Food Costs
• Ensure all food preparation is completed during the week
• Work during events to oversee food service execution
• Maintain proper sanitation and cleanliness
