You will oversee daily operations, develop menus, ensure food quality and safety, and mentor your team in a bustling restaurant setting. The position requires at least 5 years of Head Chef experience and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as Head Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement daily and weekly menus reflecting latest culinary trends and restaurant identity.
