Waterford Hotel Group seeks an Executive Chef to lead the hotel's culinary operations, including restaurants, room service, banquets, and catering. The role requires overseeing food quality, presentation, and cost management, while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

The Executive Chef collaborates with multiple departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences at a high-volume property and maintain Marriott-standard service levels.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of progressive culinary leadership in full-service hospitality.
• Executive-level experience in banquet, catering, and convention operations.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary leadership across hotel restaurants, room service, and outlets.
• Oversee production, presentation, and quality for all culinary operations.
• Lead banquet and catering programs for high-volume events and conventions.
• Manage budgets, food cost, labor, and inventory in collaboration with purchasing.
• Develop menus, train staff on recipes, plating, and allergen procedures.
• Maintain sanitation, safety, and compliance with health regulations.
