Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living in North Dallas, Texas, seeks an Executive Chef to lead a high-volume, multi-venue dining program serving 600+ covers daily. This hands-on leader will drive menu execution, mentor staff, and ensure exceptional quality, presentation, and food safety across operations.

Partner with General Manager to optimize kitchen operations, manage costs, and deliver outstanding resident dining experiences with strong leadership and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining background preferred.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends.
• Proficiency with PC software and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary team with accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee multiple dining venues ensuring quality, presentation and safety.
• Drive menu innovation with F&B leadership.
• Ensure HACCP and health-department compliance.
• Control food and labor costs through purchasing and scheduling.
• Engage residents and teams to enhance dining experiences.
