Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living in North Dallas, Texas, seeks an Executive Chef to lead a high-volume, multi-venue dining program serving 600+ covers daily. You will inspire teamwork, mentor staff, and drive menu execution with strong operational excellence.

This hands-on role emphasizes quality, consistency, presentation, and food safety, while partnering with senior leadership to deliver an exceptional resident dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience a plus.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the culinary team, promoting excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee daily culinary operations across multiple dining venues with a focus on quality and safety.
• Drive menu execution and innovation in partnership with leadership.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department and HACCP standards and maintain a clean kitchen.
• Manage food and labor costs through effective purchasing, inventory control, and scheduling.
