Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living in North Dallas, Texas, seeks an Executive Chef to lead a multi-venue dining program serving 600+ covers daily. This hands-on leader will champion teamwork, hospitality, and top-quality food while driving menu execution and mentorship.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring safety standards, controlling costs, and partnering with F&B leadership to deliver an exceptional resident dining experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality and presentation.
• Strong food cost controls and food safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the culinary team with excellence and collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple dining venues with emphasis on quality and safety.
• Drive menu innovation in partnership with Food & Beverage leadership.
• Ensure Health Department and HACCP compliance and a clean kitchen environment.
• Manage food and labor costs through purchasing, inventory, scheduling, and waste control.
• Maintain visibility in dining venues and engage with residents to solicit feedback.
