Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living in North Dallas, Texas, seeks an Executive Chef to lead a dynamic, multi-venue dining program serving 600+ covers daily. This hands-on leader will drive menu execution, mentor the culinary team, and uphold top standards of quality, presentation, and food safety.

You will partner with the General Manager to optimize kitchen operations, control costs, and deliver an outstanding resident dining experience through strong leadership and operational

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience a plus.
• Experience with ala carte and catering trends.
• Knowledge of food cost controls and sanitation.

Responsibilities

• Lead culinary team and foster excellence, accountability and collaboration.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple dining venues with high quality, consistency and food safety.
• Partner with leadership to drive menu innovation and guest dining experiences.
• Ensure compliance with Health Department, HACCP, and sanitation standards.
• Manage food and labor costs through purchasing, inventory, scheduling and waste reduction.
• Maintain a visible presence in dining venues and engage residents for feedback.
