Job summary
Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living in North Dallas, Texas is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for a multi-venue dining program serving 600+ covers daily. Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
- Fine dining experience a plus.
- Knowledge of à la carte and catering trends.
- Proficient in PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the culinary team to foster excellence and collaboration.
- Oversee daily culinary operations across multiple dining venues with a focus on quality and safety.
- Drive menu innovation and align operations with F&B leadership to enhance resident dining.
- Ensure compliance with Health Department, HACCP, and food-safety standards.
