Job summary

Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living in North Dallas, TX is seeking an Executive Chef to lead a multi-venue dining program serving 600+ covers daily. This hands-on leader will drive quality, safety, and service while mentoring the culinary team and partnering with General Manager.

You will oversee high-volume production, ensure HACCP compliance, control food and labor costs, and continuously elevate the resident dining experience through strong leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends; focus on quality, sanitation, and presentation.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the culinary team with excellence and accountability.
• Oversee daily operations across multiple dining venues ensuring quality and safety.
• Collaborate with F&B leadership to drive menu innovation and service excellence.
• Ensure HACCP compliance and a clean, safe kitchen environment.
• Control food and labor costs through purchasing, inventory, and scheduling.
• Engage with residents in venues to gather feedback and improve dining experiences.
