Job summary

Morrison Living, a member of Compass Group USA, seeks an Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring safe, high-quality meals while maintaining budget goals and staff development. The role focuses on menu innovation, training, and operational excellence across sanitation, inventory, and service standards.

The Executive Chef will drive resident and client satisfaction, oversee purchasing, and continually optimize food quality and costs in a dynamic, high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• A.S. or equivalent experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production, ensure quality and safety, manage costs.
• Develop menus with seasonal ingredients and oversee presentation.
• Train staff on safety, sanitation, and portion controls.
• Maintain inventory, purchasing and food storage standards.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and uphold service standards.
