Job summary

Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group USA company, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead culinary operations in Concord, NC. This is a hands-on role for a culinary leader who will build a strong team, craft standout menus, and elevate the overall dining experience.

As Executive Chef, you will oversee all culinary operations, supervise the team, and manage food quality, costs, inventory, safety, and sanitation while partnering with marketing to introduce new programs.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of culinary management experience.
• High-volume food production and catering experience.
• Strong knowledge of food costs, purchasing, and inventory.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team.

Responsibilities
