Schulte Hospitality Group in the United States is seeking a dynamic Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and oversee all kitchen operations across multiple outlets. The role requires strategic menu development, cost control, and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and safety.

You will manage cooks and supervisors, collaborate with procurement, drive guest satisfaction, and uphold our service culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in culinary or hospitality field.
• Minimum of three years in a culinary leadership role.
• Food safety certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee long- and short-term kitchen operations and related culinary departments.
• Lead kitchen staff; hire, train, coach, and evaluate employees.
• Plan, procure, produce and present all hotel food safely and cost-effectively.
• Monitor sanitation and kitchen maintenance to meet standards.
• Develop and manage the department budget; control labor and food costs.
• Create and update menus to improve revenues while maintaining quality.
• Enforce Accident Prevention Program and handle other duties as assigned.
