Qualificações

• Minimum four years of culinary management experience.
• Proven leadership abilities and commitment to customer service.
• Experience in menu development and pricing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Culinary labor, food and small wares financial management experience.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve 100% resident satisfaction through plate presentation and taste.
• Establish presentation techniques and ensure quality standards.
• Hire, coach, train, inspire and direct culinary staff; manage scheduling.
• Develop Sous Chef and Lead Cook for leadership duties.
• Control food costs, labor, and recipe standardization for consistency.
• Ensure equipment operation, safety, and sanitation compliance.
• Oversee catering events and demonstrate culinary techniques.
• Promote positive relations with residents, families and guests.
• Serve as Manager on Duty as scheduled with site leadership.
