Qualifications

• A.S. or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience.
• Extensive catering experience a plus.
• High volume, complex foodservice operations experience - highly desirable.
• Hands-on chefs experience a must.
• ServSafe certified - highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily culinary production and ensure food quality and presentation.
• Recruit, train, and empower onsite staff.
• Develop menus with seasonal ingredients and specials.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and compliance with standards.
• Manage department budget, labor, and food costs.
• Aim for resident and client satisfaction and financial performance.
