Zusammenfassung

Morrison Living is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations, ensure safety, and direct meal preparation in alignment with corporate programs. This energetic culinary professional will lead two line shifts and drive quality, consistency, and cost controls.

You will train staff, manage inventories, and uphold sanitation standards while delivering exceptional dining experiences across the operation.

Qualifikationen

AS or equivalent experience in culinary leadership.
3–5 years progressively responsible culinary/kitchen management.
High-volume, complex foodservice experience desirable.
Hands-on chef experience required.
Knowledge of food cost controls and presentation.

Aufgaben

Plans regular and modified menus per guidelines.
Follows recipes, portions, and presentation standards; maintains logs.
Trains staff in food prep, safety, and sanitation.
Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and areas.
Manages inventory within guidelines and uses leftovers per policy.
