Job summary

Morrison Living in New Jersey is seeking an inspirational Executive Chef to lead daily kitchen operations, including recruiting, training, and empowering the onsite staff to deliver show-quality food through hands-on involvement.

You will develop menus based on product availability, monitor food safety and sanitation standards, supervise cooks to optimize productivity, and manage monthly budgets and labor costs to maximize profitability while supporting resident and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Executive Chef expected to lead recruiting, training and supervising kitchen staff.
• Deliver show quality food with hands-on involvement and culinary excellence.
