Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a culinary leadership role
• Food safety certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation and kitchen sanitation.
• Plan menus to meet guest needs and seasonal trends.
• Check quality of deliveries and manage ordering.
• Control costs and maintain budgets.
• Lead labor scheduling, coaching and discipline.
• Act as manager on duty when required
