Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in upscale, polished casual, or fine dining with $5M+ annual sales.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations including inventory and safety.
