Burtons Grill, LLC is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and drive a scratch-made, premium-quality dining experience. You will oversee culinary operations, mentor a talented team, and uphold safety and consistency across a high-volume, upscale casual restaurant.

The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a track record of delivering exceptional guest experiences with made-from-scratch cuisine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in upscale, polished casual, or fine dining with annual sales of $5M+.
• Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of back‑of‑house day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Solid knowledge of back‑of‑house operations, including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
• Passion for hospitality, quality, and delivering an exceptional front‑of‑house guest experience.
• Availability to work 10-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays.
