Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in upscale or fine dining.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to mentor a diverse team.
• Solid knowledge of back-of-house day-to-day operations and inventory.
• Proven commitment to guest experience, quality, and hospitality.
• Experience leading high-volume operations with attention to dietary restrictions and allergies.
