Job summary

Burtons Grill is seeking an Executive Chef to lead our kitchen and be a vital part of our outstanding team and culture. You will guide a talented kitchen staff, uphold the highest standards of food quality and safety, and contribute to seasonal menus that excite our guests.

With a New England-inspired, made-from-scratch approach, you will drive culinary excellence and foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment where hospitality and quality matter most.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager experience in upscale, polished casual, or fine dining restaurant with annual sales of $5M+.
• Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of back-of-house day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Strong knowledge of back-of-house operations, including inventory, food safety, and kitchen leadership.
