The Eagle OTR in Cincinnati, part of Thunderdome Restaurant Group, is seeking a Kitchen Manager/Executive Chef to oversee the back-of-house operations. You will lead a growing team, ensure food quality, manage inventory and costs, and uphold brand standards in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as Kitchen Manager or Executive Chef.
• Ability to lead back-of-house teams and manage schedules.
• Strong food cost and inventory management skills.

• Oversee food ordering, receiving, and inventory.
• Ensure brand standards and quality across all plates.
