Job summary

Thunderdome Restaurant Group's Eagle concept in Deerfield is seeking an experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to help lead the back-of-house team and uphold our standards.

You will hire, train, schedule, and develop staff, ensure taste consistency, update recipes to brand standards, and enforce safety and sanitation guidelines. Responsibilities

• Assisting with leading the back of the house team
• Hiring, training, scheduling and developing all back of the house team members and holding them accountable to our highest standards
• Execution of taste plate to ensure the highest quality of food product at all times
• Ensure recipes are updated and adhered to the brand standard
• Monitor and ensure proper compliance of safety, sanitation and health standards
• Implementation and management of all Thunderdome Restaurant Groups standards and expectations
