P.F. Chang's is hiring an Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary team and oversee restaurant food service operations, ensuring high standards across all kitchen activities. You will hire, train and develop staff while managing inventory and controlling costs.

The role reports to the Operating Partner or General Manager and requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on quality and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience.
• Valid driver's license for occasional duties.
• Experience managing inventory and financials.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Proven leadership and staff development abilities.
• Effective training and coaching of kitchen staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees kitchen operations and food prep quality.
• Delegates tasks and directs kitchen staff.
• Interviews and hires kitchen management.
• Develops prep lists and schedule for staff.
• Ensures safety certifications and health standards.
• Manages inventory, COGS, and food cost controls.
• Maintains product quality and timely service.
• Ensures proper opening/closing procedures.
