This full-time, salaried role reports to the Operating Partner or General Manager and includes hiring, training, inventory management, and ensuring food quality across all stations. Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience.
• Experience in inventory control and cost of goods management.
• Ability to manage a high-volume kitchen and lead a team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the culinary team and kitchen staff.
