Reporting to the Operating Partner or General Manager, you will drive consistency, quality, and safety across all kitchen stations and menus, ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience.
• Experience writing prep lists and staffing kitchen teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations to ensure high standards.
• Delegate tasks and supervise kitchen staff.
• Conduct interviews with kitchen candidates.
• Develop and train Sous Chefs and staff.
• Prepare work schedules for kitchen personnel.
• Maintain safety certifications for staff.
• Manage inventory, costs of goods, and financials.
• Ensure health inspections readiness.
• Ensure quality and timely food production.
• Complete opening and closing checklists.
