P.F. Chang’s China Bistro is hiring a full-time Executive Chef or Head Chef to lead the culinary team and kitchen operations, ensuring top quality and cost control. The role involves hiring, training, inventory management, and reporting to the Operating Partner or General Manager.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional duties.
• Experience in managing inventory, cost of goods and financials.

• Experience in leading and developing a kitchen team.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational excellence in the kitchen.
