Job summary

P.F. Chang's is hiring for an Executive Chef or Head Chef or Executive Kitchen Manager to lead the culinary team and kitchen operations. This role drives hiring, training, inventory control, and cost management while upholding high service and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary management experience
• Experience in inventory and cost control
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure high culinary standards
• Delegate tasks and supervise kitchen staff
• Participate in hiring, training and development of the culinary team
• Manage inventory, costs and profitability; ensure compliance with safety and health standards
• Coordinate with partners and manage prep lists, schedules and recipes
