P.F. Chang's is hiring an Assistant Kitchen Culinary Manager / Executive Chef track to lead a culinary team in a high-volume kitchen. You will assist in hiring, training, inventory control, and cost management, reporting to the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager.

• 2+ years of culinary management experience with prep list duties.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional duties and travel between locations.
• Experience in hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume environments.
• Experience in team management, development and training.
• Ability to manage inventory and control costs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen operations and maintain high standards.
• Delegate tasks and supervise all kitchen staff.
• Lead interviews and onboarding for culinary staff.
• Develop prep lists and scheduling for Sous Chefs and team.
• Ensure safety certifications and HACCP practices are met.
• Train staff on recipes, procedures, and quality standards.
