P.F. Chang's is seeking an experienced culinary leader to join as Assistant Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager or Culinary Manager or Senior Kitchen Manager.

You will guide the kitchen team, manage food service operations, and help hire, train and develop staff while controlling inventory and costs. Reporting to the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager, you will uphold high standards, ensure safety and quality, and drive ongoing improvements to service and efficiency within a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of culinary management experience with prep lists.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional duties and travel between locations.
• Experience leading a hands-on, fast-paced, high-volume kitchen team.
• Experience in hiring, training and developing kitchen staff for future leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for operational excellence in the kitchen.
• Delegate tasks and provide direction to all kitchen staff.
• Lead interviewing, selection and onboarding of Sous Chefs and kitchen staff.
• Prepare work schedules for all kitchen staff and ensure safety certifications.
• Maintain product quality standards and control food costs.
• Ensure proper timing and production for food orders.
• Conduct performance appraisals for kitchen staff and enforce dress code.
• Oversee prep lists, ordering guides and opening/closing checklists.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment for team members and guests.
