Qualifications

• Two plus years of culinary/kitchen management experience, including catering.
• Proven ability to manage complex foodservice operations and cost control.
• Proficiency in food safety practices and sanitation protocols.

Responsibilities

• Develops regular and specialty menus in line with K12 standards.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and work areas.
• Manages inventory and ensures vital products are on hand.
• Ensures compliance with health and sanitation regulations and participates in audits.
