• Lead all aspects of the culinary program, creating exceptional dining experiences for residents while maintaining food quality, safety, and service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, including menu development, food purchasing, inventory management, budgeting, staffing, scheduling, training, and team development.
• Design creative dining offerings, including daily features, monthly fine-dining menus, holiday meals, and a monthly five-course tasting experience.
• Build, develop, and retain a high-performing culinary team and foster a positive, accountable culture.
