Strong leadership, cost-control experience, and knowledge of food safety are essential; MS Office proficiency and ability to drive culinary programs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in culinary/kitchen management at a high-volume facility.
• Knowledge of food cost controls, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Ability to develop menus and supervise staff under executive direction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef with cost controls and expenditure management.
• Assist in planning and creating menus for the facility.
• Produce and execute catering events and special programs.
• Roll out new culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
