Goodwin Recruiting is seeking an Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager to lead a fast-paced upscale casual dining operation with a $4+ million kitchen environment. You will supervise a hands-on BOH team, drive food quality, and manage costs while ensuring exceptional guest service.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of kitchen management, with experience handling proteins like steak and seafood, and a track record of leading teams in high-volume settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4+ years of Kitchen Management experience.
• Experience in high-volume, upscale casual dining environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations of an upscale casual dining restaurant.
• Lead and develop a BOH team with a hands-on approach.
• Manage all BOH cost areas including scheduling, hiring, inventory and purchasing.
• Collaborate with leadership and the FOH team to ensure excellent guest experience.
