Qualifications

• Thrive in a high-volume kitchen environment ($3-4+ million).
• 3+ years of Kitchen Management experience; Sous Chef considered.
• Ability to manage all kitchen operations focusing on quality, service and cost control.
• Desire to learn and grow with restaurant professionals.
• Hands-on, quality-focused leadership with a small team.
• Proven track record managing seasonal sales volumes.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily kitchen operations of a cool, casual fine dining restaurant.
