Qualifications

• 4+ years of kitchen management experience.
• Experience in high-volume kitchens with annual sales over $4 million.
• Experience with proteins such as steak and seafood.
• Strong back-of-house operations including scheduling, hiring, inventory, and purchasing.
• Focus on food quality, customer service, teamwork, and cost control.
• Hands-on leadership in a small team setting.
• Experience managing seasonal fluctuations in high sales volumes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations ensuring efficiency and excellence.
• Lead, train, and develop the back-of-house team with a practical, hands-on approach.
