Job summary

Three Notch’d Brewing Company in Rehoboth Beach, DE, seeks an experienced Executive Chef to lead a high-volume kitchen, elevate quality, and deliver memorable dining experiences for guests. Qualifications

• Must be ServSafe certified.
• Minimum 3 years experience as Executive Chef with 3–5 years in management.
• Strong leadership and communication; able to manage kitchen staff.
• Experience in high-volume restaurant operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs kitchen staff in food handling and preparation.
• Program Toast POS for menus and seasonal items.
• Monitors labor costs with daily reports and inventories.
• Interviews, hires, trains and develops kitchen personnel.
• Ensures safety, sanitation and compliance with standards.
• Leads monthly chef and kitchen staff meetings.
