Qualifications

• Hands-on chef experience with food preparation and sanitation.
• Experience with high-volume catering and complex foodservice operations.

Responsibilities

• Plans regular and modified menus according to established guidelines.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safe handling, and sanitation.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and work areas.
• Monitors inventory to ensure availability and cost controls.
• Ensures compliance with health and sanitation regulations and audits.
• Participates in departmental meetings and staff development.
