TouchPoint Support Services is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee kitchen operations for touchpoint healthcare dining programs. You will lead culinary teams, ensure safety and sanitation, and direct meal preparation aligned with corporate guidelines.

The role is ideal for an energetic culinary professional with leadership experience. The position emphasizes high-volume, quality-focused food service, strong teamwork, and adherence to cost controls while delivering patient- and guest-focused

Formación

• A.S. or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management.
• Extensive catering and high-volume foodservice operations experience preferred.
• Hands-on chef experience with strong knowledge of food cost controls and presentation.

Responsabilidades

• Plans regular and modified menus according to guidelines.
• Follows standardized recipes, portioning, and presentation standards; uses production worksheets and waste logs.
• Trains kitchen staff in food preparation, safety, and sanitation.
• Maintains cleaning and maintenance schedules for equipment and work areas.
• Manages inventory to stay within guidelines and ensures product availability.
• Decides on utilization of leftover food within company guidelines.
• Complies with health and sanitation regulations and audits.
• Adheres to safety policies and participates in meetings and training.
